Street foods in Nang Loeng—ขนมเบื้องญวน(Khanom Bueang Yuan)

You must be hungry when you encounter this situation on the street. What a tasty sound! What a beautiful yellow color lightly browned! 

Here is Ya Chaem’s Khanom Bueang Yuan. 

This is Khanom Bueang Yuan(ขนมเบื้องญวน).

There is salad wrapped by crispy fried egg. 

How should you eat ? 

1: Crash the egg into small peacies using folk & spoon. 

2: Mix a salad until pieces of egg can be combined.

3: Eat! Enjoy a salad with crispy sound of egg!

The salad  includes chilis, gingers, shallots and more. I think the seasoning is similar to

somtam(green papaya salad).
