The white ones seen in the above picture are made of radishes. On the left, there are fried radishes. What are they gonna make from them...??
These look Pattai. But it’s not Pattai! Instead of using rice noodles, the fried radishes are served. It’s called ขนมผักกาด(Khanom Phakkat). “Khanom” means sweets and “Phakkat” means a Brassicaceae vegetable, a radish in this case. Seasonings are similar to Pattai. I felt slightly sweet from fried radishes. The radishes extinguished oil whiff.
